I tracked a family of howler monkeys for like 15 minutes to get this shot. The adults in the group were a bit concerned with me following them and were howling like crazy. The jungle is so thick I had to keep moving to try and get a clear shot of this guy who was about 15 yards away… Then, right after snapping this shot, he jumped on mamma’s back and they ran across the tree tops and out of sight in a matter of seconds.
